We know how frustrating it can be to try to understand or communicate with someone who does not speak our language.
This is why our mission is that through interpretation or translation your message is transmitted and understood, so providing excellent customer service from the beginning until the end of the project is very important to us.
It is also important to have background knowledge of the subject in order to obtain a quality product. Our areas of expertise are medical, management, judicial, and literary.
PRESIDENT
AND FOUNDER
Charlotte Bockman graduated from the translation and interpretation program at the University of San Diego California (UCSD). Before this program she studied in Mexico City business administration and a masters degree in Mexican corporate law at the Anahuac University. Since she has lived and studied in both countries she has a bicultural background.
She is now a translator and interpreter with several years of experience, and is a certified court interpreter in the state of California, USA.
Besides having wide experience in the judicial and medical areas, she has also worked in literary and community projects.
